Cancellation and Refund Policy

At My PM Interview (PREPTERVIEW EDU SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED), we strive to offer high-quality content, coaching, and support to help you succeed in your product management journey. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Subscription Plans

Monthly & Annual Plans

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by emailing us at admin@mypminterview.com.

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual).

  • No refunds will be issued once a charge has been made.

  • Renewal reminders may be issued before the billing date. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Lifetime Access Plan

  • The lifetime access plan is a one-time, non-refundable payment.

  • Once access has been granted and content unlocked, we do not offer refunds for this plan under any circumstances.


2. 1:1 Coaching Services (Mock Interviews, Resume Reviews)

Booking & Cancellation

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booked session at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, due to time reserved and preparation involved.

No-Shows

  • If you do not attend a scheduled session and fail to inform us, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or reschedule will be granted.

Technical Issues or Platform Failures

  • If a session is disrupted or cannot be completed due to technical failures on our end, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost or issue a refund upon request.


3. Flash Sales, Discounted Bundles, or Promotional Offers

  • Purchases made during a flash sale or promotional event are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified during checkout.

  • Discount codes and offers are valid only for the duration of the campaign and cannot be retroactively applied.


4. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

  • If you believe you have been incorrectly charged (e.g., duplicate billing or system error), please contact us at admin@mypminterview.com within 3 days of the charge.

  • Upon investigation and confirmation, we will issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.


5. How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Service

To cancel your plan or request a refund (where eligible):

  • Email: admin@mypminterview.com

  • Include: Your full name, email ID used to subscribe, date of purchase, and reason for the request.

  • Response time: We aim to respond within 2 business days.


6. Discretionary Refunds

We reserve the right to grant refunds on a case-by-case basis, especially in instances of:

  • Proven technical issues

  • Inability to access content post-purchase

  • Billing disputes with valid documentation


7. Payment Gateway Policies

All payments are processed via trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Substack, PayPal, Razorpay, Stripe).
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
