1. Introduction

Paid Subscriptions: Monthly, yearly, and lifetime access to full Q&A library, frameworks, case studies, and exclusive content.
Coaching Services: Optional 1:1 mock interview sessions, resume reviews, and feedback.
3. User Eligibility
You affirm that:
You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
You can form binding contracts under applicable law.
You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
4. Account Registration & Security
You may need to create an account or subscribe via Substack or a third-party payment gateway.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities that occur under your account.
5. Payment & Subscription Terms
Pricing: Defined at checkout and may vary due to promotions.
Billing Cycle:
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Lifetime access is a one-time, non-refundable payment.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Monthly/annual subscriptions: cancel anytime—access continues until the end of the billing period; no pro-rata refunds.
Lifetime subscriptions: non-refundable.
Coaching sessions: refundable if canceled at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise non-refundable.
Payment Methods: Accept UPI, PayPal, credit/debit cards via Substack/payment gateway.
6. Content License & Restrictions
All content on the Platform is owned or licensed by My PM Interview (PREPTERVIEW EDU SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED).
You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content.
Sell or license content to third parties.
Reverse-engineer or modify content.
Remove any proprietary notices or watermarks.
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Coaching Sessions
Conducted by qualified experts.
Scheduled based on mutual availability; rescheduling possible with at least 48 hours notice.
Sessions may be recorded unless otherwise agreed; recordings remain our property for quality control.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Platform unlawfully or to facilitate illegal activities.
Harass, threaten, or defame other users or coaches.
Transmit malware, viruses, spyware, or harmful code.
Scrape or collect user data.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate anyone else.
9. Disclaimers & Liability Limitation
No Guarantee of Outcomes: We do not guarantee job offers or interview success.
“As-Is” Basis: Platform is provided without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:
Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
Loss of income, job opportunities, or profits.
Maximum Liability: No refund will be issued post 24 hours of subscription.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
Violations of Terms or applicable law.
Non-payment of fees.
Unauthorized or harmful use of the Platform.
Termination does not remove your financial obligations nor entitle you to refunds. Sections on content license, disclaimers, and limitations survive termination.
11. Intellectual Property
Trademark and copyright notices remain our property.
You retain your rights in any content you submit, except for the license you grant us (see Section 12).
12. User Content & Contributions
If you submit questions, answers, or comments:
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your contributions in connection with the Platform.
You represent that your submission is original, does not infringe third-party rights, and complies with applicable law.
We may edit or remove content at our discretion.
13. Privacy & Data
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Personal data is retained according to legal requirements and deleted upon request or specified intervals.
14. Communication & Notices
We may contact you via email or in-App/Substack notifications.
Legal notices to you will be sent to your registered email.
You must send notices to us at the email address listed in the Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where My PM Interview (PREPTERVIEW EDU SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED) is registered (West Bengal, India).
Disputes will first be addressed through informal negotiation.
If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be brought before the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update Terms due to legal requirements or business needs.
Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
17. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
Severability: If a provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
Assignment: We may assign our rights; you may not assign yours without written consent.
