1. Describe the Product

Lyft is a rideshare business that connects riders to drivers. However, its ultimate goal is to allow for ease of transportation. In the US, there are multiple verticals of Lyft (Shared, normal, bikes, scooters). We should focus on one of these verticals to launch first to limit the scope and necessary infrastructure for our launch.
Competitors - Uber, Ola.


2. Ask clarifying questions to narrow the scope.

  1. Is there a specific vertical of Lyft we should focus on?
    A) You are free to choose.

  2. Is there any particular business goal we are looking at?
    A) You are free to choose.


3. Define the Goal you want to achieve.

Lyft's mission statement is “to reconnect people through transportation and bring communities together.”

The Indian market is huge being the second-most populous country in the world and has a huge amount of traffic. I think our business goal for this launch is to get more market share and eventually increase our Revenue.


4. Describe your strategy to achieve your goals

I'm first going to analyze a few different components before formulating the launch strategy. After this, I will determine pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities to achieve success.
